Foundations: The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation began under the guidance of Robert Wood Johnson II in 1936. The Foundation originally was know as The Johnson New Brunswick Foundation and become the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in 1952.

Mission: Medicine, and Education serve as the main focus for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Other Contributions: The Foundation contributes to causes like addiction prevention and treatment, < ahref="http://www.rwjf.org/portfolios/features/newsreleasesdetail.jsp?id=10447&iaid=138 “> childhood obesity, health insurance coverage, public health, quality health, tobacco use and exposure, and vulnerable populations.


Family: The Will Keith Kellogg Family.

Foundations: Will Keith Kellogg founded the W.K. Kellogg Foundation in 1925.

Mission: To help people help themselves through the practical application of knowledge and resources to improve their quality of life and that of future generation.

Major Causes: Education and Youth and Children's services receive support from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.

Other Contributions: Kellogg Health Fellows, Greater Battle Creek area, South Africa, Volunteerism, "> Latin America and the Caribbean, Learning Opportunities, and Food Systems and Rural Development are patrons of the K.W. Kellogg Foundation.

Foundations: Community Development serves as the focus of the Lilly Family.

Other Contributions: The Teacher Creativity Fellowship, American Indian College Fund, Center on Philanthropy, Yale Center for Faith and Culture, National Clergy Renewal Program, and the PTEV initiative receives support from the Lilly family.
